Nicholas Boyce has been licensed as a Public Adjuster since 2010. Nicholas joined The Claims Company as a principal in 2018 after gaining 8 year’s experience at a well-respected New York public adjusting firm. Throughout his career, Nicholas has worked tirelessly to provide his clients the settlement results they deserve. He has extensive knowledge of complicated policy language and coverage issues. While Mr. Boyce has represented a diverse selection of both commercial and residential clients, his specialty lies in high-end residential claims. He has been involved in the preparation, support and settlement of countless multi-million dollar claim adjustments. Mr. Boyce has often served as an expert witness, appraiser and has assisted insurance industry law firms with litigation and resolution of disputed value and loss issues.
As a result of his experience in representing flood claim policyholders following Hurricane Irene and Superstorm Sandy, Nicholas obtained an intricate knowledge of the National Flood Insurance Program policy and provides the maximum recovery for his clients.
Mr. Boyce is a graduate of Long Island University where he holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Nicholas currently resides on Long Island and in his free time enjoys spending time with family, exercising, golfing and supporting numerous charitable organizations. He is currently licensed as a public adjuster in many states throughout the U.S.
